Analytics Runtime API Error

Hi

We tried to run "fetch Runtimes Control DataV2" from V.2021 which is not returning a response.

When we run analytics in EIC it throws an error of memory shortage,

Hi Arsath,

I see from the above screenshot that the API you're using is incorrect. 

The API you're meant to use for this is "fetchRuntimeControlsDataV2"

Format : {{url}}/ECM/{{path}}/fetchRuntimeControlsDataV2

Try using the above and let me know if it works.

Please provide the full path in the Endpoint URL:

{{URL}}/ECM/api/v5/fetchRuntimeControlsDataV2

If you still face the same issue, please verify if the creds used for the Auth API has the correct privileges to execute this analytic.

Same issue persists.

This is a case when the resultset(response) is not fetched from the analytic which is the same case that's happening on the UI for you. Consider applying dynamic filters on your query to reduce the size of the resultset and try optimizing your query.
