An issue is observed in analytics in v24.2. Issue is - When we do Dry Run t shows actual record count (let's say 5 records as an example as shown below).
But when we do Run Now, the result shows as zero count as shown below.
In Run History also it shows Zero result as shown below.
Please note that we have configured an email template to send this analytics report. Email is successfully getting received with an attachment which contaings 5 records in the attachment as expected. (But this issues is not seen in our current v5.5 SP3)
Please let me know what steps needs to be followed to fix this issue ?

looks like Elastic Search issue, you can raise ticket with Saviynt to get elastic search pod restart.
meanwhile to rule out you can archive analytics old data.

Hi @NM - After Save Data Check Box is checked, it resolved the issue. Thank you. Is this the expected behaviour in v24.2 ? if yes then for all existing analytics which we are migrating from v5.5 to 24.2 will the Save Data Check box is enabled?

You can check with saviynt team planning the environment upgrade.
