Alternatives to Saviynt Connect 2.0

Are there alternatives to Saviynt Connect 2.0 for connection on-premise applications?  

A few ears back, there were some alternative options like,  setting up IPSec VPN tunnels with Saviynt AWS / Azure.  Are those still supported in EIC 23.x?  Or are there other options where a Saviynt Connect  server is not going to be possible?

We still support IPSec VPN tunnels with Saviynt AWS / Azure in EIC as well.
