Alternative than using email notice, are there other means to claim the account credentials?

When the Saviynt account has been created. Please give your thoughts on how we might initially claim the account credentials without receiving information via email.

You can ask users to login to Saviynt once account is created and ask them to use "Change Account Password for Self" to set the password by themselves for the new accounts. 

*** Never mind*** Please ignore my update, I didn't realize you are taking about saviynt account but not target account and gave instructions for target accounts scenario.

If you are talking about Saviynt credentials then wanted to understand few things

1. Does your implementation have Saviynt authentication enabled or MFA?
2. If MFA enabled then how they are going to use those credentials?(Are you syching same credentials to targets hence users need to know those credentials to authenticate?)
