@saviyntGeek

  1. You need to disable NEO UI and upload from Modern UI
  2. Refer: Upload Image

Hi @stalluri @rushikeshvartak ,

We tried uploading the image from classic UI and it worked.

But now the issue is when we are adding the URL in the email template and sending out the email then image is not loading.

We tried accessing the image URL in browser, it only shows the image when we are logged in to Saviynt from that browser. When we try from incognito its gives error.

I think there is some issue because we have SSO enabled.

Please let us know if we are doing anything wrong or is there some other way we can try adding the image.

Thanks

@saviyntGeek

  1. Do a restart and see if the image is populating in the email.
  2. If you still can't see it. Create a ticket to saviynt support team.

Hi @stalluri ,

We uploaded the image in logo as custom1.png and used the logo url in email. It worked.

Also the other tickets suggest to switch to Classic Ui and upload but they can upload it even using Neo UI it will work.

Hope this helps others.

Thanks

Uploading image from NEO works for Email template but not for app logo
