Hi Team,

We are noticing that Add access tasks/chg password tasks are getting errored out for users who are having 2 AD accounts in which the status of one Account is active and another account is Inactive. How to resolve this issue.

Regards,

Sharada

@Sharada
There is an enhancement created for this already for active accounts.
Saviynt will auto-select the account if the user has multiple accounts in a single endpoint.

Hi, Thanks for responding. In our case one Id is already inactive the other one is active, yet it is getting errored out.

In our previous Saviynt version, this issue occurred when the user's status was manually suspended for one account and the other account being active. When we changed the user status from manually suspended to Inactive, there would be no issues. Now in our current Saviynt version even though one of the account status is Inactive, task is getting errored out.

If it was working before and not working now please raise support ticket with required steps and logs
