Hi,
I requested for an entitlement via ARS. The request went for the approval for New Account but nothing shows up for "Add Access". I checked the request_access table it shows just one row for "new account". Application is manual and we are on version 24.1. It was working fine till yesterday and all of sudden it stopped picking Add access values.

Hi Rushi,
1) Yes Entitlement is Active
2) Entitlement option is "single select from dropdown"
3) jbpm retry din work
4)There is no entry of add access in the request_access table.
Solution: I updated entitlement type option to "Table" and it worked. Seems like an issue with the "drop down option"
