Add Access is not created for Dynamic entitlement assignment

Hello Team,

We are assigning one entitlement via technical rule dynamically. It was working before (23.7) but after upgrade to 24.4 add access task is not getting created. Anyone faced similar issue or any workaround for this ?

  • If this is upgrade issue raise support ticket as regression issue

Please find the technical rule

CP20 value satisfied and created the add access task for AG-Super but we have 1 more entitlement to assign(datacenter.....) for that add access is not creating after the upgrade.

We have create this rule as detective and we are running detective job to trigger the add access.

Did you tried creating replica of rule ?

Hi @Ashir , was the upgrade done recently?

Try triggering the rule maybe via a user update rule and share log

Thanks for replying.

Yes I have created the tech rule newly and used in User update rule.

Issue am facing after the upgrade 24.4v. previously it was working before the upgrade.

In users update history i can see both user update rule and tech rule triggered.

  • Please validate with latest version 24.8

Recently last 10 days before we did migrated to 24.4, Am doubt suddenly they can move to 24.8.

I think it's not possible.

What is subversion of 24.4

I am not sure about this...Is it possible to check in 24.4 environment?
