AD and pwdLaStSet

Let's start with: I don't understand this one.  Documentation shows the syntax to import the last password change date from AD is: LASTPASSWORDCHANGE::pwdLastSet#millisec

I am pretty certain I was able to import values 0 (change password at next logon) in the past.

However, on this 24.7 instance for a new client, import accounts exception comes back: Zero date value prohibited

When filtering only on accounts with value "0", this column value is set to null, somehow.

When filtering on pwdLastSet != 0, the value gets populated as expected

I'll be getting a ticket in asap but wanted to reach out to see if anyone ran into something like this before.
