Active Directory Account Recon marking few accounts as Delete from Import Service

We are noticing an issue where Active Directory Account Recon is marking few accounts as Delete from Import Service and when the recon runs next time it becomes active .

This is affecting our termination process when the termination is triggered the account is not active so the system does not take any action and the next recon brings back the account .

So we end up having active AD account for an inactive user .

Anyone had similar issue ?

What has changed because of which the accounts are being marked as deleted?? Was this working as expected before?? Were there any changes made at the connection level, like recon field etc?

By any chance did you check any specific error or anything with respect to status change when the accounts are marked as deleted from import service?

Nothing changed . This issue is intermittent one day it marks as delete from import service and next days the accounts shows as active . 

We haven't checked the logs but in the recon job summary it shows the number of account deleted .

We don't understand why would it deletes if the accounts still exists in AD as it is clearly reconciled the next day .
