Hello Community Members,
We have a requirement at one of our customers where as per an existing process, there is a requirement to take certain actions on the users which are no longer part of Workday Import feed. In the existing process, the records are deleted in case of rescind users. I am aware we can inactivate them and build a rule on the change of statuskey. However, in this particular scenario, we would like to take different actions and hence change of status key can't be used.
Please suggest if you have implemented such usecase in your implementations.
Thanks,

Yes, but since the record won't be coming into Workday Import, how to take action on those records automatically?
Thanks,

Hi @mohitarora are you getting a rescinded user report from workday??

No, as of now, no report from Workday, we need to trigger the actions from regular full Import job we run.

@mohitarora then only option is to rely on statuskey .. what have you set in user not in feed action?

it is set to In-Activate. Problem is, if I build a rule just on the statuskey change, that would be triggered for regular cases as well where statuskey is changing.

@mohitarora then you have to ask workday for a seperate report of maybe a field which will help to determine rescinded users.

@NM Since they are deleting the records, I dont think they will have a report which they can share. Any other thoughts?
