Hi Team,
Our account import job got stucked in saviynt app for servicenow. Due to this none of our account is getting imported. Even it is not generating any payload.
Any suggestions on how to bring it to work?

We are not getting any logs there for saviynt app in saviynt ECM. Is there any way to restart saviynt app plugin installed in servicenow?

Hi @manishka validate and perform the following and see if the job is restored.
if none of the troubleshooting steps work, please share the configurations from the Saviynt App. Make sure to hide the client sensitive information before sharing.
