account import job got stucked in saviynt app for servicenow

Hi Team,

Our  account import job got stucked in saviynt app for servicenow. Due to this none of our account is getting imported. Even it is not generating any payload.

Any suggestions on how to bring it to work?

Hi @manishka couple of questions to understand the issue better

  1. Was this working before?
  2. What is the data volume?
  3. Is the connection established between Saviynt and SNOW?
  4. Are other jobs working?

We are not getting any logs there for saviynt app in saviynt ECM. Is there any way to restart saviynt app plugin installed in servicenow?

Please find answer to your queries:

  1. Was this working before?  Yes
  2. What is the data volume?  50k accounts
  3. Is the connection established between Saviynt and SNOW? yes
  4. Are other jobs working? yes

Hi @manishka validate and perform the following and see if the job is restored. 

  1. Under system properties of the Saviynt app, validate the Saviynt API credentials, click on Test connection and validate if the connection is still working. 
  2. Cancel the current job and restart the job to see if there are any logs found in the Saviynt instance logs. 
  3. Please share how is this job triggered. 

if none of the troubleshooting steps work, please share the configurations from the Saviynt App. Make sure to hide the client sensitive information before sharing.

  1. Under system properties of the Saviynt app, validate the Saviynt API credentials, click on Test connection and validate if the connection is still working. (Test connection is successful and other jobs are working fine with same connection)
  2. Cancel the current job and restart the job to see if there are any logs found in the Saviynt instance logs. (No luck here)
  3. Please share how is this job triggered. (job is being triggered from saviynt scheduled jobs)
