Access Request- Single dropdown Modify Access

Hi, Can anyone help me on this?

According to requirement, role is setup as single dropdown, so any user wants to add a new role, His existing role suppose to get removed and new role would assigned to him and Two pending  tasks suppose to get generate- Add Access (for new role) & Remove access(for old role).

Below is the Entitlement Type configuration of the endpoint.

But actually one task getting generated which is 'Add access';   'Remove Access' is getting generated.

Note: In the ARS review Page, 'Remove Access' is showing up, but actually 'Remove access' is getting created in pending task. Only 'Add Access' pending task is getting created.

Select "remove existing access" in action.
