Access list of ROLE_SAV_MANAGER in 5.5 SP 3.X

Can someone please share the Access list for ROLE_SAV_MANAGER in 5.5 3.x.

I am looking for Access list using which a user belonging to that SAV role can perform certifications (Attestations Menu with no Create Campaign function) and have ARS Menu with just 'Set up Delegates' tile.

SUBMENU.ADMIN.workflowmanagement_editdelegate

tick Setup delegate option under create request home option

I do not have SUBMENU.ADMIN.workflowmanagement_editdelegate in 5.5 SP 3.12.

I only see these two that are ending with _editdelegate.

SUBMENU.WEBSERVICE.api_v5_editDelegate

Add those and see if you can add delegate or not

It did not work. I still dont see ARS menu even after those two access list and enabling "Setup Delegates"
