Access Dataset using API

Hi,

In the Dataset overview knowledge base, it is mentioned that Datasets can be validated using API. https://saviynt.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/43000625007-dataset-overview

But there's no documentation on documenter with the syntax to manage Datasets using API. Is it possible to manage Datasets using API? If yes, what is the endpoint url?
