User is raising request for more than one application with more than one entitlement for each application in the same request. According to the current workflow, we are getting 2 mails for approval and rejection. In approval mail, we are getting the details of all the application whose access is approved and in rejection mail, we are getting the details of all the entitlements and roles whose access is rejected regardless of the application. so, we have to modify the workflow in such a way, we get individual mail for each entitlement which is being approved or rejected for different application under the same request id. Any idea on how can we modify the workflow?
