Hi Team,
We have 2 level approval workflow. 1. Manager 2. Application Owner.
We have 2 application owners and for any request raised by an end user, request goes to manager and then to both app owners. Any app owner can approve this access. We have below requirements from application:
1. When Application owner as manager raises a request, manager approval will be skipped but other application owner must receive approval notification. (It is currently being auto approved)
2. Application owner as self raises a request, manager and 2nd application owner must receive approval notification.
Condition 2 is working but 1 is not working. Could you please help us how to achieve this.
