Tasks with Error are moving to Completed Tasks

Hi,

Why are Pending Tasks with error Status are moving into Completed Tasks?

I guess you're using SSM 5.5 Version which comes with this behaviour.

The reason is that now Saviynt can manage number of retries for a task to free space in the pending tasks when it fails too many times, and therefore putting it in "Completed" state with "Error" status.

To handle this case, you can go into each of your Security Systems and set below parameter to a larger value (default is 0)
