  1. Why do you need to save a request before submitted?
  • To be able to save request when you get sidetracked by other tasks and refocus at a later point in time
  • To save time on request steps which is already completed before and pick up where you left off


  1. Which request types support “Save as Draft”?
  • Request Access for Self
  • Request Access for Others


  1. How can you save the request in draft mode?

By clicking on “Save as Draft” button in

  • Application list page



  • Select Access page



  • Request Submission/Provide Justification Page



  1. Where can you view the saved request?

Saved request can be viewed in “View Saved Requests” tile





  1. What are the actions you can perform on saved requests?
  • You can view the saved requests and submit the request
  • You can delete the saved request


  1. Who can view the saved requests?

You can only view the requests saved by you
