- Why do you need to save a request before submitted?
- To be able to save request when you get sidetracked by other tasks and refocus at a later point in time
- To save time on request steps which is already completed before and pick up where you left off

By clicking on “Save as Draft” button in
- Request Submission/Provide Justification Page
- Where can you view the saved request?
Saved request can be viewed in “View Saved Requests” tile
- What are the actions you can perform on saved requests?
- You can view the saved requests and submit the request
- You can delete the saved request
- Who can view the saved requests?
You can only view the requests saved by you
