Request Form Attributes: How to retrieve the updated value

Hello All, I have an dynamic attribute of type ‘Multi Select From the List’ on disconnected app request form. I would like to know can we retrieve the updated values for the request form attributes in email template of type - ‘Task Creation’? For example, If requestor removes one value and adding two new then is there any way to retrieve such modifications list in email? Thanks, Pallavi

Hi Pallavi,

Greetings!

You can print the entire dynamic attribute list with below email parameter, but difference from previous version of dynamic attribute cannot be shown in email. Modified dynamic attribute will be highlighted in green in Request History and approval pages

Email parameter : ${dynamicAttrsList.collect{it.attributeName.toString() + ': ' + it.attributeValue }.unique().join(', ')}

Hello Aarthi,

Above given email parameter does not work for 'Task Create' email action. We have SSM v5.5 SP 2.5.

groovy.lang.MissingPropertyException: No such property: dynamicAttrsList for class: SimpleTemplateScript44
