Hi Team,

We need assistance with below query and want to check the feasibility test :

Background:

1. We have reconciled user from trusted source to SSM

2. User has attribute employee class in SSM. These are fixed number of values.

3. We have created few Enterprise role. The Enterprise role are tagged to 1 disconnected Security System.

4. The Role Type in this disconnected Security System  and Endpoint is made Requestable.

5. These Enterprise role have some metadata maintained which is equal to Employee Class value.

Ex: Employee Class  sample : A,B,C

     Role Metadata -Custom Property30 : A,B,C

Expectation :

1. Is there a way where we can limit the visibility of roles in Request Access Step 2 of 4 Page where we display only the roles which satisfy the Employee Class value to be displayed for request.

I.e. If Requestee.EmployeeClass ==Role.CustomProperty30

Then Display Role 1,2 and not 3

Thanks

Manish

Hi Manish,

Thank you for posting your question.

To limit the visibility for Access request of any entitlement you can always make use of access query. You can find it Under Admin -> Security System -> Endpoint (Search for your) -> Entitlement Details.
