Possibility to limit Entitlement request to single option using Table

I know that entitlement type can be configured to limit user selection to only one entitlement at a time using Drop Down(Single) or Radio button, but can Table be somehow configured in a similar way?

So that user's can only have one selected entitlement at a time, but presented in a table format instead of the drop down or radio button?

Entitlement type Request Option as Drop Down(Single) or Radio button can be configured to limit user selection to only one entitlement. Currently Entitlement type Request Option as Table does not provide an option to restrict selection of only one entitlement value.
