1. Why do we have the ability to attach files in request?

When a requester has to justify why the beneficiary needs the access request OR When the approver needs to justify why he/she is approving beneficiary's access request, we provide them with an ability to attach a file to the request providing the extra information/justification

  1. What is the retention period of these attachments?
  2. Where are these attachments archived/stored?
  3. Will the approvers be able to see the attachments during approval (In case of 2 level approval, is it visible to manager and role owner)?

I have a few questions regarding the attachment functionality:

  1. Can an attachment be passed in a connectors JSON to the target system?
  2. If yes, do you know if this is possible to send to ServiceNow
  3. Where is the attachment being stored once it is attached within the request?
