In v5.5 SP3 - How to display Campaign option only under Attestation tab i.e. No dashboard or campaign template?

In v5.3.2 and v5.5, for line managers Sav role we just had one access - SUBMENU.ATTESTATION.campaign_list and line managers could only see the Campaign in the left side menu and it used to work.

But after v5.5 SP3 upgrade, with only SUBMENU.ATTESTATION.campaign_list Access, the line managers get Access Denied page:
