In the documentation to configure allowed actions in analytics, it is mentioned that Disable account will disable the account for security reason, delete account will delete account from SSM and Deprovision account will delete account from target application.

As per a customer use case, we need to disable the account in SSM and target application once user reaches its end date. So, which allowed action to be used here, is it Disable Account or Delete Account?

Hi Sakshi,

Please use the action 'Disable Account' for your use case.

Also make sure that the connector you are using to connect to the target application supports disable account operation.

Regards,

Saparja
