Question : How to handle a scenario where the entitlement owner wants to reassign the assigned entitlement owner certification for a particular entitlement to a different owner.
Answer: An entitlement owner can reassign the entitlement and attached access certification for a particular entitlement as per below steps:
Entitlement Owner will get a consult option when you click on "Does not belong to me" , a new dialog will open with option to select new owner as below:
On click of highlighted button:
Select a new eo user and click on submit:
In the View History on the history column of that entitlement item , you will see the assignment details as below:
Now the above option can be achieved by below configurations while creating a EO campaign:
So this should change primary certifier under entitlement owner after the new owner completes the certification assigned to the person correct ?

Yes Enable Reassignment for Certifier config will assign the entitlement and associated access for approval to the selected new owner and also change the entitlement owner.
Thanks Please confirm on the below point.
In the ownership verification page after selecting the "Belongs To Me" option then coming to the second page (Approve/Revoke Access) where if we select the Reassign option for a particular line item does it change the entitlement owner also after taking the action by the new owner for the specific line item.
Or it simply the new owner has to take the action for the newly created certification and complete it.
Please confirm on this.
