Hi Team,

We are having requirement to launch Application owner campaign, I see all the active orphan accounts are coming under username 'admin', how can we exclude the orphan accounts? or what is the ideal solution to handle this?

Shall we exclude orphan accounts? or keep it?

If excluding, how to exclude from configuration?

If keeping those accounts, then shall we leave it with admin? or it how will be?

Use advanced Query

accountkey not in (select accountkey from user_Accounts)

We should keep or remove orphan accounts? what is the config in ideal scenario? and is there any option to tag orphan accounts to some other user apart from "admin"?
