Starting February 3rd, 2023, the documentation on Freshdesk will be decommissioned, and you will no longer be able to access it. We have moved to the next-gen self-service Documentation Portal.
What this means for you? You will no longer be able to access product documentation on Freshdesk. All external facing product documentation will be removed from Freshdesk. You can access the latest product documentation only on the new doc portal.
The documentation portal is only accessible to existing Saviynt customers and partners. If you are an existing Saviynt customer or partner but cannot create an account on the SSO, please contact your CSM or TAM to ensure your access.
