Internal Server Error when searching Log Viewer

Hi,

When trying to search for logs on Log Viewer, no logs are loaded and we are getting "Internal Server Error". I'm trying to raise a ticket on freshdesk but only have this options on the portal:

- Documentation Portal
- Submit an Enhancement/Idea
- Community Forums

Is there any way to contact Saviynt to help with this? Thank you
