Thanks for your reply,Above logic is not working, still cant receive the notification, i tried it with static string as 'ABD'+${user?.departmentname}+'@'+'xyz.com' it is also not working.

Yes, User has email populated, if i have ${userEmail} in to/cc field the email are sent, and when i do not add it notification are not sent.
