Provision Orphaned Accounts to Third Party Systems

Hello,

I am attempting to provision orphaned accounts to a ServiceNOW application, but my tasks get discontinued when I run my provisioning job. This is the error I am getting: USERNAME admin is not associated with ACCOUNTNAME B0351. What seems to be happening is that my account tasks are getting associated with our default "admin" Saviynt User. However, this user is not correlated to the account in any way. 

Is provisioning possible with Orphaned accounts?

How task is created ? 
orphan account won’t be provisioned. You should have account type and owner map ( if its service account )

Tasks are created via an Analytic report. 

Thanks for the response. I was not sure it was possible but wanted to confirm on this community page.
