Prior to upgrade (version 23.1), SAML configuration was completed by file AuthenticationConfig.groovy. When the upgrade to Saviynt EIC 23.8 was implemented, SAML configuration changed as 23.3 introduced a SAML SSO interface to set it up. The old file format used for SSO is not recognised in the new interface however is still in place and working. We want to upgrade the session timeout and the new SAML SSO and interface is preferred. Further updates may be required of the SSO configuration as we continue development. A major concern is the customisation used in the authentication file which may cause issues during configuration changes.
Is there an easy way this file can be converted to be configured in the new format? When migrating from the file configuration to the UI configuration, which considerations need to be made during this process?
