Can we create a drop down in the Create User Request Form using CSV file?

Is there any way I can use a CSV file to populate the drop down values in the Create User Request Form within Global Config instead of adding the values in myself?

I suggest you use dataset and use the same in your form DA.

Datasets provide csv import when values are more and use dataset query in user form
