Use Case

As Part of User registration , The Request to onboard Guest user/ External User will be created and the notification will be sent to the requestor.

It is a best practice to send Guest User Registration request creation notification so that the Requestor/Sponsor is aware that user registration request is submitted and avoid submitting duplicate request.

Notification Email: This is an optional email template. If you want to send a notification email to another user while sending out an invitation; typically, the sponsor or the manager of the invitee, configure the Notification Email Template (Requestor) in the workflow Invite activity.
