Use Case

Accounts are not getting provisioned for REST based applications. Once the job gets executed the task for the new account stays in a new state and it never gets completed.

Different error’s seen on Logs:

Solution

Passing static values through create account Json is not supported in REST connection.

We have multiple fixes and they are as below,

  1. Remove the static value and remove one extra '}' from the create account json.
  2. Update the header by removing d. in the Json and add  "dateFormat": "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ssXXX",
  3. Update the json by replacing "user" with "users".
