Use Case

As part of External onboarding, The Email will be sent through Invite block in the workflow. The Below email template can be used for that.

Invitation Email: This is a mandatory email template that is configured as the Notification Email Template in the workflow Invite activity. The email contains the unique URL of the secure user registration form that the invitee receives.

To : It will the dynamic attribute name configured in the registration form for the email , Lets say

${email}

***NAME*** : Could be substituted for your Product name
URL : Can be changed accordingly

It is always recommended to provide the details of the requestor (sponsor) which can be utilized to contact them.
