Use Case

Role updates made by using upload role from Role Management don’t show up on Role history even though the update is reflected it doesn’t show in the history section.

Answer

When using the "upload role via Role Management" feature to upload roles in bulk, capturing all those bulk updates in each of the role's history will cause performance issues and hence it won’t be captured in history.

This is an expected 
product behavior.
