The customer reported that there was an issue while creating an email template. when they are trying to update HTML code the code is crashing with special characters "(<% ... %>)".

The user observed that when they remove the Java Scriptlet (<% ... %>), the HTML tags remain intact after saving the template. This issue seems to occur specifically when the Java Scriptlet is used.
