Wrong data is updated in update history

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue like when we upload the csv file into saviynt we can see that enddate is null in the file but in user update history it is showing enddate has a current date, we didn't find any error in logs.

Might be a bug. There is one related to user history fixed in 23.9, please check if its same.
