Hello
We run chain jobs once a day.
One of the jobs (Azure AD User import) did not work correctly Aug 02 to Aug 05.
"JOB END DATE TIME" in Job History Details is blank.
It recovered naturally on Aug 06.
We compared "Other Details" in Job History Details on Aug 01, Aug 05, and Aug 06 and found no difference.
Also, the customer did not change Connection settings during this period.
[Questions]
・Is there any possible reason why "JOB END DATE TIME" is blank?
・What kind of investigation and information do we need to obtain to find out the cause?
・Could you tell me if there is anything we need to obtain next time it happens?

Does the restart of the application server/pod happen by itself? Is there any way to prevent it from happening?
This time the problem was solved naturally, but what should we do next time it happens?
