v23.10 In DEV My Teams feature is not showing on home page

Hi Team,

logged in with  ROLE_NEW_DELEGATED_ADMIN_USVENDOR Sav role,
My teams is not showing on the home page. we have enabled it at sav role level. we tried removing this feature access and adding still unable to see this.

Please help me if anything missing here.
