User with access to Certifications Campaigns unable to see Certification Quick link tile in the ARS

Users with SAV Role access to Certifications Campaigns (as Certifier) cannot see below Pending Certification quick link in ARS, this screenshot was captured as admin user.

Can you share the screenshot of your Custom SAV role along with the Feature Accesses present in the SAV role that you created?

Are you able to view the certification when you navigate via Certifications or Home > Campaign tab?

Certifier can view campaigns via Home => Certification menu

It didn't help, you can see screenshot above which has this feature access already added to SAV role, after adding this clicked on 'Refresh access changes' and logged out and logged in again
