User update rule is getting triggered but remove access task is not getting generated

Hi,

I have created a user update rule as below

The rule is getting triggered and is been updated in the user history in the user profile. But the remove access task is not getting generated. Can someone please help me resolving this

Did you enabled below flag for endpoint

• create dependent task for remove access ?

• entitlement is active?

Also validate no open task for same ent and account if does not work share logs

There are no pending tasks and here is snip of the logs.
