User account correlation not updating

Hi All,

In one of the scenarios in our implementation, we have imported accounts and correlated users. It correlated all users wherever applicable.

Now in next import run for example few of the accounts user got changed, now the existing user that is correlated is not updating.

For example for Account1 in first import user A got correlated, and in next import at target side user B is updated for Account1. But user B does not get update in the account correlation.

Are we missing any attribute during import in connection?

Hi @varunakarnia , accounts won't be un correlated you have to manually go to user profile and remove the account..

• Correlation is mapped once can't be removed from import.
• You need to remove mapping manually from User- Accounts - Remove User
