Unable to update case sensitive push in Saviynt

Hi Team,

we have an edge case where a username was changed in HR system as the spelling was correct it was just that one character of the name was updated from lower case to upper case. but we found that the push has not updated in Saviynt also we don't see any update on the user update history, since there is no update, so no user update rule is being triggered since Saviynt is unable to process the update records.

Please let us know if anyone has faced such scenario.

Hi @Aparna ,

Depending on your authoritative source, you might be able to configure and Run a Full import of all your users.

In this case, the user's username can be renamed with the appropriate characters.

Please let us know if you can perform the same and what is the outcome.
