Unable to send Analytics reports to DL

Hi,

We are unable to send analytics reports to DL (Distribution lists). However, when we add individual Ids reports are being sent. Please let us know if we can add DL in the email template for the analytic reports.

Check with your company IT team they need to allow incoming emails from email@saviynt.com

 

we had similar issue and we also using saviynt smtp

@Sharada- can you check user mail id's  in DL , it should be your client network team. may i know it is a schedule report ?yes change time and try it
