Unable to read the keystore file uploaded to Connector files

Hello,

We have uploaded a keystore file to Connector files under File Directory in Saviynt. I am unable to retrieve this file programmatically. I am giving /Saviynt_Shared/Saviynt/ConnectorFiles path in my program to retrieve the file but getting error that file does not exist. Please advise.
