Unable to fetch chart information error for a user having SAV ROLE with access to SSM personas

We have a sav role assigned with all control center access available, We are trying to login with a user having access to that SAV role. 

We are getting below below error on control center page 

log in user has below two sav roles

Can you please trace the network logs and check the error response code
