Unable to Add "User Manager" attribute to the Campaign | V24.5 |

We are unable to add the "User Manager" attribute to the campaign in the 24.5 Version. I have attached a screenshot for your reference. Any Idea why we are unable to add it?

Hi @bhuvanesh as this is entitlement owner not all objects are exposed.

We see user objects are populated, only the manager attribute in the user object is not exposed.

It seems you have changed label on users object. Please use label.

You can find what is label under Admin - Identity Repository - Open Any user.

or you can add Owner field

Hello @rushikeshvartak , the label is 'manager' in the user profile, but it is not available while configuring the entitlement owner campaign.

@NMWe need User Manager Name to be displayed in the Campaign. If we use Owner, we will get to see Employee ID of User Manager.

Currently its not supported to add manager. store in customproperty and display
