Turn off Entitlement Hierarchy

Hi,

This is with reference to Turning off Entitlement Hierarchy. We have followed the below steps to turn off Entitlement Hierarchy.

Is there any other configuration to turn off Entitlement Hierarchy ?

Navigate to Admin -Settings – Tab Config – Accounts - Uncheck Entitlement Hierarchy

We restarted the services from Saviynt UI post making  changes .

Post turning off the entitlement hierarchy , we onboarded a user in DEV EIC and we could still the details under Entitlement Hierarchy.

User ID 185213 was onboarded

Just pass a valid access token in Authorization. Use ROLE_ADMIN token for ease of use for now.

Unable to find this option under Tab Config - Accounts. We are still using 23.9 version. Is this option available in 23.9 or is this in the latest version?

I guess we have to wait. We have the version upgrade to 24.1 scheduled for today in DEV EIC. Will check this option post deployment and confirm

Hi,

We upgraded to 24.2 version in DEV EIC and we do not see Suggested Roles under Accounts Tab Configuration.

Does this support 24.2 version?

Try using NEO UI and check i am using NEO module

Enabled NEO option but *Suggested Role option is not present under Accounts Tab Configuration.

We have a requirement to turn off this option as this could cause an outage to the application and is actually being road mapped for decommission.
